Account information

To create an account we store your email address, your username, your self-declared country, and a record of which version of these documents you accepted and when.

We ask for your date of birth once, at signup, to check that you meet the minimum signup age for your country — that minimum is set per country, not one fixed number. We do not store the date of birth itself, on a successful signup or a failed one: only the yes/no result of that check and your country are saved.

Video and audio

Your webcam and microphone are relayed live to the other players in your room through a video server we run ourselves. That media is not recorded and is not stored anywhere — it exists only for the length of the call, between the players in it.

Each player's device runs an automated check against explicit nudity on camera. It runs entirely on the device: your video is analysed by your own browser and by the browsers rendering your tile — never by our servers, which relay video without processing it. What can reach us is a short report a device sends when it confirms such content from someone's camera: the reporting account, the account reported, the room, the time, and the detected category. No image or video ever accompanies it. These reports, and a review marker on an account when independent devices agree, are kept for a human on our team to review, and they follow the same deletion rules as the reports you file by hand: reports about you are deleted with your account, and reports your device sent are kept with your identity removed.

Game counters

The life total, poison, commander damage, and other counters you set during a game are stored per lobby, so a reload or a dropped connection does not lose them. They are visible to the other players seated in that lobby.

What other players can see

Your username, your video and audio while you are in a room with them, and the counters you set. Your email address is never shown to another player, in the product or anywhere else — your username is your public identity.

Keeping the service safe from abuse

To slow down things like password-guessing and spam signups, we keep short-lived records of how many requests come from a given account or address; these age out and are not kept indefinitely. If you fail the age check at signup, we also keep a short-lived marker — a hashed version of your address, not the address itself, plus a timestamp — so the same visitor cannot immediately retry with a different birth date. As above, no date of birth is stored even here.

If you sign up and never verify your email

An account that is never verified is deleted automatically, along with the details above, seven days after signup.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. That removes your account and sessions, your friendships and invitations, your seat in any lobby, and any lobby you own together with its saved counters.

Reports you filed about other players are kept so that pattern of abuse can still be reviewed, but the record of who filed them is removed along with your account. Reports other players filed about you are deleted along with your account.

Exporting your data

You can download a copy of your account information and consent record — the same data described above — from your account settings.

Cookies

We set one cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and we set no others — which is why this page carries no cookie banner.

We do not sell your data, and we run no advertising or analytics that would give us a reason to.
